November 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Tencent has officially launched its Hunyuan 3D creation engine globally, offering AI-powered 3D modeling tools to creators worldwide. The release allows users to generate high-quality 3D assets using text descriptions, images, or sketches, reducing production time from days or weeks to minutes.
Tencent Cloud has also made the Hunyuan 3D Model API available to global enterprises. This integration enables enterprises to incorporate advanced 3D generation capabilities into areas such as game development, e-commerce, film special effects, advertising, social media content, and 3D printing.
Tencent Hunyuan 3D Global users will receive 20 free generations daily, while enterprise users utilizing the Hunyuan 3D Model API via Tencent Cloud will get 200 free credits for generating 3D assets.
The in-house developed generative AI large model, Hunyuan 3D, is an advanced model in the Hunyuan series. Since November 2024, open-sourced 3D models from the series have exceeded 3 million community downloads on Hugging Face.
The Hunyuan 3D series has evolved through iterations to improve generation quality and modeling accuracy. Models like Hunyuan 3D 3.0 focus on high-quality object asset production, while Hunyuan3D World models help construct interactive environments for gaming, virtual reality, and digital content creation.
Over 150 enterprises in Mainland China have integrated Tencent Hunyuan 3D Model via Tencent Cloud, including Unity China, Bambu Lab, and Liblib.
