November 3, 2025 — Leads & Copy — PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYPS) reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.
The company’s revenue was $57.6 million, compared to $71.2 million in the third quarter of 2024. Net loss was $9.1 million, with a net loss margin of 15.8%, compared to a net loss of $3.1 million, or 4.3%, in the same period last year. Consolidated AEBITDA was $7.2 million, a margin of 12.6%, compared to $14.6 million, or 20.5%, in 2024.
Direct-to-consumer revenue increased by 48% to $7.7 million, compared to $5.2 million in the third quarter of 2024. As of September 30, 2025, PLAYSTUDIOS had $106.3 million in cash and equivalents, and its $81 million revolving credit facility remains undrawn.
PLAYSTUDIOS Chairman and CEO Andrew Pascal noted headwinds in the core social casino business, but highlighted progress in the direct-to-consumer channel, sweepstakes initiative development, and the Tetris Block Party launch.
PLAYSTUDIOS had Average DAU and Average MAU of 2.2 million and 9.5 million, respectively, and ARPDAU was $0.28. Players purchased 202,666 rewards with a retail value of $15 million. The company soft-launched Tetris Block Party, launched The Win Zone (beta), and completed its second annual myVIP World Tournament of Slots. The company expects full-year net revenue and Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to fall below the previously provided guidance ranges.
