Vancouver, British Columbia — December 29, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Playgon Games Inc. has partnered with Studioworks OÜ, an Estonia-based provider of branded live-dealer studio environments, through a multi-year Software Development and License Agreement. Studioworks will license Playgon’s legacy Live Dealer Solution, tasking Playgon with developing custom components to support Studioworks’ interactive gaming platform.
According to the agreement, Playgon is set to deliver and support its legacy Live Dealer Solution for Studioworks, covering system setup, integration, and platform maintenance. The company will oversee software installation, testing, and operation, while also creating connections to Studioworks’ systems and third-party services. Playgon will assist with integrating Studioworks’ promotional content and branding into the live-dealer interface.
Server management, updates, and technical performance will be managed by Playgon, offering Studioworks secure remote access and infrastructure for a stable live-dealer experience.
Studioworks will underwrite the operational expenses of the live dealer studio environment, with Playgon receiving licensing fees for its technology. Playgon’s responsibilities are confined to its software platform. The partnership aims to align the interests of both parties, support scalability, and provide Playgon with contractual revenue as platform activity increases.
Darcy Krogh, CEO of Playgon Games, said the partnership with Studioworks marks a milestone as Playgon resumes operations, during which the company enhanced its platform and games portfolio.
