Motorsport Games (NASDAQ:MSGM) Launches Le Mans Ultimate Version 1.2

MIRAMAR, Fla. — December 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Motorsport Games Inc. has released version 1.2 of Le Mans Ultimate, delivering significant content expansions and system improvements to the racing title. This update introduces new European Le Mans Series (ELMS) content, physics and performance upgrades, online racing enhancements, and expanded Online Championships and engineering functionality.

Version 1.2 expands the officially licensed European Le Mans Series Season Pass, introducing Circuit Paul Ricard (Le Castellet) and the Ginetta G61-LT-P3-EVO LMP3 sports racing car. These additions are available to Season Pass holders and RaceControl Pro+ subscribers, and can be purchased as an individual pack for £8.99/€9.99/$11.99.

The release includes improvements to the simulation’s physics, such as a reworked RealRoad system for distributing rubber across the racing line, differentiating grip levels, and enhancing wet-weather behavior. Wheel-rim heating has been added to expand the tyre model, allowing heat transfer between brakes, rims, tyres, and the atmosphere.

Texture streaming enhances visual fidelity on lower- to mid-range GPUs, while improving frame-rate stability. This technology also supports higher detail during driver-swap transitions, and contributes to work being undertaken for a future console release.

Motorsport Games is introducing new systems to promote cleaner online competition. A Badge System tracks player contact behavior, assigning ratings such as “Good,” “Trusted,” or “Warning.” LiveSteward, an automated rules engine, will analyze incidents and apply penalties, with plans to expand its capabilities over time. Version 1.2 also integrates Easy Anti-Cheat to prevent tampering and malicious behavior.

Team Online Championships are being introduced for RaceControl Pro and Pro+ subscribers, enabling structured, multi-race team competitions. These are expected to support Le Mans Virtual qualifiers in early 2026. The Engineer Mode is now live, allowing team members to manage pit strategies.

Additional improvements include Japanese language availability, updated visual damage modelling, tyre refinements for LMP2, LMP3, and LMGT3 classes, and a native telemetry recording tool.

Stephen Hood, CEO of Motorsport Games, said that Version 1.2 reflects the company’s ambition and momentum with Le Mans Ultimate. He added that development will continue at full speed, with new content and features being prepared for 2026.

Motorsport Games also owns the industry leading rFactor 2 and KartKraft simulation platforms. rFactor 2 also powers F1® Arcade through a partnership with Kindred Concepts. Motorsport Games is also an award-winning esports partner of choice for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, creating the renowned Le Mans Virtual Series.
