St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. Issues Bi-Weekly Default Status Report, Anticipates Financial Filings by September 28

Montréal, Quebec — September 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) has issued its third bi-weekly report detailing its continued default status in accordance with National Policy 12-203, Management Cease Trade Orders. The company is working to file its consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, along with related management’s discussion and analysis and CEO/CFO certifications, which were due on July 29, 2026. St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. anticipates filing these annual financial documents by September 28, 2026.

The corporation is also preparing its interim financial statements for the three-month period ending June 30, 2026, and accompanying disclosures. These interim filings will be completed and disseminated within five days of the annual filings, incorporating any adjustments stemming from the finalization of the annual audit.

A management cease trade order (MCTO) remains in effect against the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. This order prohibits them from trading the corporation’s securities and will be lifted upon the completion of the required filings or revocation by regulatory authorities. St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. will continue to issue bi-weekly default status reports as long as the annual and interim financial filings remain outstanding, as mandated by NP 12-203.
