A.C.L. Construction Awarded Contract for Site C Cultural Centre
FORT ST. JOHN, British Columbia — April 29, 2026 — Leads & Copy — A.C.L. Construction Ltd. (TSXV: ACL; FSE: A3L0), a leading provider of civil construction services, project management, general construction, and underground utilities in the Peace Region of British Columbia, has been awarded a contract for the Site C Cultural Centre.
The company expects the gross value of the contract to be approximately $2 million. The work includes site grading and preparation, building foundation excavation, site services and underground utilities, and pavement structure supply and installation.
The project is expected to be split into two construction seasons, commencing in Q2 2026, during which the building will be completed prior to the completion of the pavement structure and final grading.
In addition, A.C.L. Construction has granted 150,000 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to certain directors. The RSUs will vest on April 1, 2027, in accordance with the company’s Omnibus Incentive Equity Plan. The issuance of the RSUs remains subject to the approval of the TSXV.
A.C.L. Construction maintains a full fleet of heavy equipment and works on complex highway, civil, and oilfield projects. Its key services include project management, reclamation & remediation, and aggregate sales.
