La Corporation Éco-Minière St-Georges Subsidiary Reaches Settlement Agreement
Montréal, Québec — September 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — La Corporation Éco-Minière St-Georges (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EVSX Corporation, has finalized a settlement agreement with its debenture holders, resolving previously initiated receivership proceedings against the subsidiary. The agreed-upon debt amount totals $484,463, with a repayment schedule that includes an initial payment of $25,000 by September 11, 2026. Subsequent payments of $10,000 are due by September 18, 2026, followed by installments of $60,000 every 15 days, commencing October 5, 2026, until the debt is fully settled.
As part of this settlement, the application to appoint a receiver has been suspended, and the hearing that had been scheduled for September 10, 2026, has been adjourned.
The company, St-Georges, is engaged in developing new technologies and possesses a diverse portfolio of assets and pending intellectual property across several promising subsidiaries. These include EVSX, focused on used battery processing; Métallurgie St-Georges, involved in metallurgical research and development, including high-grade lithium recovery from spodumene; Iceland Resources, with high-grade gold and silver exploration projects, notably the Thor gold asset; H2SX, which is developing a technology to convert methane into solid carbon and hydrogen; and exploration projects in Quebec, such as the Manicouagan and Julie critical mineral projects on the North Shore and the Notre-Dame niobium project in Lac St-Jean.
