Noveris Health Sciences Appoints Nathan Mison as Chair of Advisory Board

(CSE: NVRS) (FSE: 0NF0) (OTC: MYCOF) announced the appointment of Nathan Mison as Chair of the Company’s Advisory Board. The Board of Directors established the Advisory Board to provide management with access to additional external expertise as the Company conducts a strategic review of its intellectual property portfolio and related opportunities.
The Advisory Board will function in an advisory capacity only and will not hold decision-making authority for Noveris. Its responsibilities include offering strategic input, identifying potential opportunities, assisting management in evaluating industry, regulatory, partnership, and commercialization matters, and recommending additional advisory candidates.
Mison brings extensive experience advising organizations in regulated industries. He is the President and Founding Partner of Diplomat Consulting and currently serves as Chair of TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX). His expertise spans public affairs, stakeholder engagement, regulatory strategy, government relations, and strategic communications.
In his new role as Chair of the Advisory Board, Mison will support management and the Board in organizing and leading the board’s activities, identifying new advisory candidates, and providing strategic input for opportunities emerging from the Company’s ongoing strategic review.
