Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. Provides Bi-Weekly Update on Management Cease Trade Order Status

Muskoka, Ontario — September 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) provided a bi-weekly update regarding the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). The MCTO, initially granted on July 30, 2026, prevents the company’s management from trading securities until required filings are completed.

The company applied for the MCTO as it was unable to file its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, along with the related management’s discussion and analysis and officer certificates. These filings were originally due by July 29, 2026.

The MCTO will remain in effect until the Required Filings are submitted and the order is revoked. Steadright intends to comply with National Policy 12-203 by issuing bi-weekly default status reports via news releases until the situation is resolved.

Steadright confirmed that since the initial announcement, there have been no material changes to the information disclosed, nor any subsequent defaults under NP 12-203. The company has also fulfilled its obligations regarding alternative information guidelines.

The company’s management and audit committee are actively working with the auditor to provide necessary information and finalize the Required Filings. Steadright currently anticipates filing these documents on or around September 28, 2026.
