SciSparc Acquires Shares, Warrants, and Rights in NeuroThera Labs Following Reverse Takeover
Vancouver, British Columbia — October 22, 2025 — Leads & Copy — SciSparc Ltd. reports the acquisition of 63,300,000 common shares in NeuroThera Labs Inc., 4,000,000 common share purchase warrants, and 48,000,000 contingent rights, following the completion of a reverse takeover involving the transfer of SciSparc Nutraceuticals Inc. shares and certain assets.
SciSparc acquired shares representing approximately 75% on a non-diluted basis and 84.53% of the issued and outstanding shares on a partially diluted basis. The payment warrants entitle SciSparc to acquire one common share of the company at a price of $0.25 per common share until October 22, 2030.
The holdings are for investment purposes, and SciSparc may acquire or dispose of securities depending on market conditions.
