Prismo Metals Announces Listing Approval for Investee Blade Resources on CSE

September 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Prismo Metals Inc. announced that its investee, Blade Resources Inc., has received final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) to list its common shares. Trading of the Blade Shares is expected to commence on the CSE on or about September 14, 2026, under the symbol “AZCU”.

Prismo Metals holds 6,755,000 Blade Shares, representing approximately 24% of Blade’s issued and outstanding shares. These shares were acquired in February 2026 as part of a transaction where Prismo assigned its rights, interests, and obligations in the Hot Breccia copper project, located in Arizona, to Blade Resources.

Alain Lambert, CEO of Prismo, stated that the Silver King and Hot Breccia projects are considered compelling copper exploration opportunities in North America. He added that with Blade Resources’ listing, Prismo shareholders will gain exposure to the potential upside of two significant copper exploration plays in Arizona. Prismo initially optioned the Hot Breccia project in January 2023 and advanced it to a fully permitted, drill-ready stage. The company anticipates that Hot Breccia will be drilled before the end of the current year.

Under the terms of the transaction with Blade Resources, Prismo has the right to nominate one representative to Blade’s board of directors, though an initial nominee has not yet been determined. Blade has also granted Prismo participation rights in future equity offerings, allowing Prismo to maintain its undiluted ownership percentage in Blade.

The Hot Breccia project is situated in the Arizona Copper Belt, an area known for significant porphyry copper deposits, including Freeport McMoRan’s Miami-Inspiration mining complex and BHP’s San Manuel mine. Blade Resources is focused on the development of this project, which comprises 227 unpatented mining claims. Historic exploration conducted by Bear Creek Mining and Conoco Inc. from 1972 to 1981 identified substantial porphyry copper skarn mineralization in multiple drill holes, confirming the presence of a large, mineralized Laramide age porphyry.

In other company news, Prismo has granted two consultants an aggregate of 350,000 stock options. These options are exercisable at $0.06, have a three-year term, and will vest incrementally over six months. Furthermore, Prismo announced its intention to proceed with two previously announced debt settlement agreements with creditors involved in the Silver King drill campaign. These agreements involve the issuance of an aggregate of 1,555,475 Prismo shares at $0.06 per share to settle a portion of service fees totaling CA $93,328.49. Additional settlement agreements will result in the issuance of 1,250,000 Prismo shares at $0.05 per share, along with 375,000 warrants exercisable at $0.10 for 24 months. All securities issued under these debt settlements will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.

Prismo Metals Inc. is a mining exploration company focused on its Silver King and Ripsey Gold projects in Arizona, and its Palos Verdes silver project in Mexico. Blade Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration company focused on the Hot Breccia project in Arizona.
