Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. Completes Senior Leadership Team to Drive Growth Plan
Vancouver, BC — October 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. (TSXV: ATOI), a Philippine-founded Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing company, has finalized its senior leadership team, positioning the company to execute its growth plan. Strategic appointments have been made across key business areas, including specialist services, AI software sales, internal AI adoption, and Canadian sales operations.
Asiatel, which manages daily business operations in Manila for client companies with over 500 staff, anticipates revenue to reach approximately $10.8 million in 2026, an increase from $8.3 million in 2025. The company reported a 13% gross margin for the first half of 2026 and expects full-year gross margin to align with historical performance. The newly appointed team will focus on developing specialist knowledge process outsourcing services and software sales.
Miguel Enriquez has been appointed Executive Vice President of Asiatel KPO (Expertise). Enriquez, who previously played a significant role in growing an operation from 50 to 2,500 staff at Enshored, will lead Asiatel KPO. This division will provide teams of skilled professionals for judgment-based work, aiming for higher margins than the company’s core operations. Enriquez brings nearly a decade of experience in building and scaling delivery organizations in the Philippines.
PJ De Mesa is the new Vice President of Asiatel Digital & AI. De Mesa will oversee the AI and technology business, focusing on enterprise commercialization, strategic technology partnerships, and market expansion. He is spearheading Asiatel’s partnership with fileAI, an AI-powered document intelligence platform, and has initiated engagements with over 15 Philippine financial institutions since the practice’s launch in June 2026.
JT Antolin has been named Assistant Vice President, AI Transformation and Solutions. Antolin will lead the integration of AI across Asiatel’s internal operations to enhance productivity, quality, and margins. A key initiative under his purview is AI CX, an agentic AI solution for customer experience. The company is currently piloting AI CX internally before offering it to clients.
Enida Caku will serve as the Canadian Account Executive, responsible for Asiatel’s direct sales and business development in Canada. Caku brings over a decade of international sales and business development experience in Canada and Europe, including roles at Vodafone and Teleperformance Canada.
Joe Zorene De Guzman is the Assistant Vice President, Cybersecurity. He leads the company’s cybersecurity practice, which includes building a Managed SOC as a Service offering, delivering security advisory services, and managing data protection and compliance. De Guzman brings nearly 12 years of IT experience and holds advanced cybersecurity credentials.
