St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. Subsidiary Reaches Settlement in Receivership Proceedings
September 10, 2026 — Leads & Copy — St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EVSX Corp., has reached a settlement agreement with its debenture holders, resolving the previously initiated receivership proceedings against EVSX. The agreed-upon debt amount has been set at $484,463.
The repayment schedule includes an initial payment of $25,000 due by September 11, 2026. This will be followed by a further payment of $10,000 by September 18, 2026. Subsequently, the debt will be satisfied through regular instalments of $60,000 every 15 days, commencing October 5, 2026.
As a result of this settlement, the petition for receivership has been suspended. The hearing that was scheduled for September 10, 2026, has been adjourned.
