North Atlantic Titanium Corp. Advances Everett Project with Focused Drilling Program and Enhanced Mineralogical Insights
Vancouver, British Columbia – July 27, 2026 – Leads & Copy – North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (NATO) is advancing its Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project in Québec with a focused drilling program on the northern portion of the Everett oxide body, targeting 25,000 meters of drilling. This initiative follows compelling mineralogical characterization by Corem and recent verification work by NATO on historical sampling.
Corem analyzed a composite metallurgical sample from 57 sites across the Everett oxide body, determining that approximately 99% of the oxide minerals consist of high-quality hemo-ilmenite. This hemo-ilmenite is characterized by very low impurities of magnesium, manganese, and aluminum. Unlike the nearby massive hemo-ilmenite orebody at the Lac Tio Mine, the Everett Oxide Body is being drill-tested not only for its titanium dioxide (TiO₂) content but also for its low Mg/Mn/Cr hemo-ilmenite, apatite as a potential phosphate coproduct, and vanadium with potential scandium credits. This positions the project as a broader Fe–Ti–V–P critical-minerals opportunity beyond a conventional titanium orebody.
The Company has submitted applications for a Permit for Forestry Activities (PAF) and a Permit for Work with Impact (ATI) for the drilling campaign at the Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project, located in Havre-Saint-Pierre, Québec. NATO holds the 2,406-hectare Everett property under option from Romaine River Titanium Inc. Drilling will be financed in success-contingent stages after permit acquisition.
While awaiting permit responses, NATO is continuing surface exploration and metallurgical sampling. The diamond drilling plans aim to confirm historical drilling from 1951 and 1968 in the northern area of the exposed Everett Oxide Body. The program will encompass approximately 25,000 meters across 20 drill pads, to be completed within three years. This northern area represents about 50% of the Everett Oxide Body’s tested surface strike length. The targeted body dips gently, approximately 20-30°, to the ESE.
Forest impacts under the PAF application are expected to be minimal, as NATO is primarily clearing historical drill trails for access. The work will provide access to both the north and south areas of the 2.5-kilometer-long exposure of the Oxide Body. Trails established in past drilling programs are depicted in green, while new trails are shown in dashed yellow and magenta on accompanying figures.
The Corem composite metallurgical sample, designated Col154, was prepared from a subset of 57 metallurgical samples and spans the entire Oxide Body. This sample yielded a weighted-average head grade of 37.0% Fe₂O₃, 17.4% TiO₂, 0.18% V₂O₅, and 2.27% P₂O₅, with a very low Satmagan measurement of magnetite at an average of 0.9%. Corem’s analysis confirmed that over 99% of the oxides are hemo-ilmenite (FeTiO₃), and together with apatite, they comprise over 50% of the sample.
The Everett Oxide Body is part of the Grenville Province in eastern Québec, within the Lac Allard Anorthosite intrusion, dated at approximately 1.06 billion years old. This region is known for significant iron, titanium, and phosphorus deposits. The nearby Lac Tio deposit is the world’s largest hard-rock ilmenite deposit, with Rio Tinto’s operation supplying approximately 19% of global titanium dioxide feedstock demand.
The Everett Oxide Body is distinct from the Lac Tio deposit, which is a massive hemo-ilmenite cumulate. Everett is hosted by a layered intrusion with an oxide-apatite-gabbronorite composition, exhibiting higher volatile content, particularly phosphorus, and semi-massive hemo-ilmenite with significantly lower Mg, Mn, Cr, and Al compared to Lac Tio. The Corem hemo-ilmenite sample, for instance, has a mean MgO content of 0.38%.

Stage 1 of the drilling program under the ATI application will include 6,000 meters of widely spaced drilling to delineate the oxide body limits in the northern area, collect samples for assay and metallurgical analyses, and frame follow-up drilling. This stage will commence upon acceptance of the ATI application. Stage 2 will involve approximately 19,000 meters of infill drilling to define a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), likely beginning in late winter 2026-27.
The Company joined the Elements08 Strategic Metals Excellence Centre program in collaboration with CTRI, Impact Global Solutions, and Corem, funded by the Government of Québec, to support metallurgical testing at the Everett project. Corem is a non-profit applied research center specializing in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
