Charbone Corporation Receives Key Equipment for Sorel-Tracy Hydrogen Production Site

This marks a pivotal step in the project’s advancement, with construction set to commence on Monday, October 27, 2025, leading to equipment reinstallation and commissioning by November 2025.

This progress follows the strategic transaction announced on October 7, 2025, where CHARBONE secured hydrogen production assets. The acquisition reduces capital costs and accelerates market entry through the integration of proven equipment.
