Solid Impact Investments Corp. Receives Extension for Private Placement

(TSXV: SOLI.P), a capital pool company, has received an extended deadline from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) to complete its non-brokered private placement. The Company now has until November 16, 2026, to finalize the offering, which was initially announced on August 14, 2026, and subsequently updated on September 24, 2026.
The private placement aims to raise up to CAD$3,000,000 by issuing a maximum of 60,000,000 common shares at a price of CAD$0.05 per share.
