Fidelity Minerals Corp. Appoints Dan Barnholden as Capital Markets Advisor
July 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Fidelity Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: FMN | FSE: S5GM | SSE: MNYC) announced the appointment of Dan Barnholden as a Capital Markets Advisor. Barnholden brings over two decades of senior mining investment banking experience, having raised billions in debt and equity for mining companies and advised on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance. He is currently the CEO of TSX-V listed Luca Mining Corp. and previously served as Managing Director at an international investment banking firm and Head of Investment Banking at a Vancouver-based boutique dealer. Barnholden holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

In connection with his appointment, Barnholden was granted 250,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $0.30 per share for two years, subject to the Company’s Stock Option Plan and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
