Hacksaw (STO:HACK) reported a strong third quarter with a 39% increase in total revenue, reaching EUR 52.0 million, and a 29% rise in adjusted operating profit (EBIT) to EUR 42.1 million.
Year-to-date, total revenue increased by 52% to EUR 142.4 million, with adjusted operating profit up 44% to EUR 116.5 million.
Key events included the availability of Hacksaw’s games in Pennsylvania and approval as a gaming service provider in Alberta, Canada.
Key events after the third quarter include the increase in the number of shares and votes in Hacksaw to 289,195,987, following the subscription of shares through exercise of warrants under Hacksaw’s warrant program for employees. Hacksaw has been approved as a gaming service provider in Alberta, Canada.
