BOSTON, November 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) plans to launch its mobile sportsbook in Missouri on December 1, 2025, after receiving a temporary direct mobile sports wagering license from the Missouri Gaming Commission.
The license allows DraftKings to operate independently across Missouri without needing affiliation with a land-based casino or professional sports team. Missouri will be the 29th U.S. state, in addition to Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and Ontario, Canada, where DraftKings offers sports wagering.
DraftKings has been an Official Sports Betting Operator of the Chiefs since 2022 and recently became an Official Sports Betting and Daily Fantasy Sports Operator of the St. Louis Blues.
Eligible Missouri customers will gain access to DraftKings’ betting options, including same-game parlays, in-game wagering, and special odds boosts, plus responsible gaming tools and resources on December 1.
DraftKings’ Chief Revenue Officer Greg Karamitis said Missouri, with its rich sports culture and several professional teams, is an exciting jurisdiction for the company to enter. He added that DraftKings looks forward to elevating the experience for Missouri sports fans with its top-rated online sportsbook during the busy NFL, NBA, NHL, college football, and college basketball seasons.
DraftKings offers responsible gaming tools and resources, including My Stat Sheet for monitoring gaming activity and My Budget Builder for setting custom limits and reminders.
To celebrate the launch, DraftKings will host a ceremonial first bet event on December 1 at The Palladium in St. Louis, featuring Missouri sports legends Tony Gonzalez, Isaac Bruce, and Brett Hull. Missouri House Speaker Jonathan Patterson will also be present. Media inquiries should be directed to media@draftkings.com.
DraftKings will donate $50,000 to the Veterans Community Project (VCP), supporting its Tiny Homes initiative, which provides transitional housing and services to help homeless Veterans transition to independent living.
Eligible Missouri customers can download the DraftKings Sportsbook app via iOS and Android on December 1. Problem gambling support is available by calling 1-800-GAMBLER.
