Dell Technologies (NYSE:DELL) Expands Consumer and Gaming Portfolio with New XPS and Alienware Products

ROUND ROCK, Texas — January 6, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Dell Technologies is strategically expanding its consumer and gaming portfolio, reintroducing XPS laptops with redesigned form factors and price points, expanding its Alienware line, and launching two UltraSharp monitors.

Jeff Clarke, vice chairman and chief operating officer at Dell Technologies, said the company is renewing its focus on consumer and gaming, bringing back XPS with a complete redesign that delivers exceptional craftsmanship in the thinnest, lightest form factors. Clarke also noted the expansion of Alienware’s notebook lineup. These changes are aimed at broadening the portfolio and expanding coverage to reach more customers with better products at every price point.

The new XPS 14 and XPS 16 feature a sleek design crafted from CNC-machined aluminum, refined interfaces, displays, and optimized performance. The laptops have the best battery life in the industry, delivering up to 27 hours of Netflix streaming or over 40 hours with local video playback. The XPS 14 measures just 14.6mm and weighs roughly three pounds, while the XPS 16 weighs 3.6 pounds. They are available with OLED display options, Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processors, and built-in Intel® Arc graphics featuring 12 Xe cores.

Dell will expand the XPS portfolio later this year with new products across different price points and form factors, including the return of the XPS 13, which is expected to be the thinnest and lightest XPS laptop ever, offered at an accessible price.

Alienware is expanding its laptop family to reach more gamers. The brand will introduce two new product classes later this year: an ultra-slim gaming laptop (roughly 17mm thin) and a new entry-level laptop.

Alienware debuts anti-glare OLED displays on the 16 Area-51 and 16X Aurora laptops, delivering OLED visuals with anti-glare technology. These laptops, along with the Alienware 18 Area-51, feature the new Intel® Core™ Ultra 200HX processors. The Alienware Area-51 Desktop is equipped with AMD’s Ryzen™ 9850X3D processor and 3D V-Cache™ technology.

Dell introduces two monitors.

The Dell UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor is a 52-inch 6K monitor and the first monitor to achieve the highest tier of TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. It’s designed for financial traders, data scientists, engineers, and executives.

The Dell UltraSharp 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor, a CES 2026 Innovation Award honoree, is the world’s first commercial DisplayHDR True Black 500 QD-OLED monitor with Anti-Glare Low-Reflectance (AGLR) technology.
