Calgary, Alberta — November 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DeepMarkit Corp. (TSXV: MKT) has announced the closing of the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $624,999.96. The second closing involved the issuance of 10,416,666 common shares.
Combined with the initial closing on November 18, 2025, DeepMarkit issued a total of 35,999,998 common shares, generating gross proceeds of $2.16 million.
This private placement is linked to DeepMarkit’s acquisition of Prospect Prediction Markets Inc., which was finalized on November 18, 2025.
Steve Vanry, Chief Executive Officer of DeepMarkit, stated that the completion of this second tranche enables DeepMarkit to introduce Prospect’s blockchain-based prediction markets to a broader audience. The company will focus on accelerating user acquisition and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance Prospect’s position in the digital entertainment sector.
The net proceeds from the private placement will be used for the following:
- Repaying existing company debt, including deferred management salaries.
- Fulfilling the $50,000 obligation to Prospect Labs Inc.
- Developing and expanding Prospect’s platform.
- Marketing and increasing product awareness.
- General corporate and administrative purposes.
Securities issued during the private placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day, as per Canadian securities laws. No finder’s fees were paid in connection with the placement.
