November 29, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Expanse Studios, a subsidiary of Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMGI), has entered into a strategic content distribution agreement with MerkurXtip, a gaming operator based in Southeast Europe and a member of the Merkur Group.
The agreement aims to broaden Expanse Studios’ reach in regulated European markets and strengthen Golden Matrix Group’s B2B strategy. Through the agreement, MerkurXtip’s online and land-based network will integrate Expanse’s Super Heli, Titan Roulette, Wild Icy Fruits, and 100 Super Icy games through Bragg Gaming’s aggregation platform.
