Gamehost Inc. (TSX:GH) Reports Q3 2025 Financial Results

Red Deer, Alberta — November 12, 2025 — Leads & Copy —

Gamehost Inc. (TSX: GH) has released its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, revealing a slight dip in operating revenue for the quarter to $20,213,800, compared to $20,384,200 in 2024. Despite this marginal decrease, the company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) remained nearly stable at $8,147,500 ($8,169,700 in 2024), leading to an improved EBITDA margin of 40.3% (40.1% in 2024) for the quarter.

Earnings per share for the quarter stood at $0.25, slightly up from $0.24 in 2024. The company noted that lower table and slot hold had a negative impact, offsetting strong growth in table drop and cash play. However, year-over-year growth in food sales and ancillary revenues helped mitigate the impact of these lower holds.

Management noted the timing of Deerfoot’s World Series of Poker event, which occurred in Q3 of the previous year but is scheduled for Q4 2025, making the current quarter’s results more noteworthy. Cash play on electronic gaming devices remains at record levels in Alberta, driven by strong population growth.

Gamehost completed a comprehensive refresh program across all of its properties during the quarter, which began in 2020. The company’s investment property in Grande Prairie, supporting adjacent hotel operations, is now fully leased, with two new food operators expected to commence operations before the end of the year.

Despite uncertainties in global and North American trade and tariffs, Gamehost stated it is performing well. Recent forecasts indicate that Alberta is expected to be among the top-performing provincial economies for the remainder of 2025 and 2026. The company said it remains cautious and will make necessary adjustments if needed.

Gamehost has declared a regular monthly cash dividend for November 2025 of $0.05 (CDN) per common share, equating to $0.60 (CDN) per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 30, 2025, and is considered an “Eligible Dividend” for Canadian shareholders.

The company included non-IFRS measures in its press release, defining EBITDA as earnings before interest and financing costs, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, and foreign exchange gains or losses. Gamehost believes EBITDA offers useful insights into the company’s ability to generate operating cash flow.

Gamehost Inc. is incorporated under the laws of Alberta and operates the Rivers Casino & Entertainment Centre in Ft. McMurray, the Great Northern Casino, Service Plus Inns & Suites, and Encore Suites hotels, as well as a strip mall in Grande Prairie, and the Deerfoot Inn & Casino in S.E. Calgary.

Gamehost common shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol GH.
