The acquisition, scheduled to close on or before November 28, aims to enhance SEGG Media’s technology, strengthen recurring revenue, deepen audience engagement, and scale monetization across its global digital ecosystem.
Triggy, founded over five years ago by gaming and sports technology entrepreneurs, has developed an advanced AI engine used by international brands. Its platform delivers personalized, real-time user interactions, increasing dwell time, engagement, and conversion, contributing to monthly recurring revenue from enterprise clients.
Integrating Triggy’s technology across SEGG Media’s portfolio, including Sports.com, Lottery.com and Concerts.com, will enhance the company’s ability to deliver content, data-driven advertising, and immersive fan experiences.
