Richard Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer, stated that Sauers’ promotion mirrors RSI’s consistent growth and the natural progression of his leadership. He noted Sauers’ strategic insight, operational discipline, and collaborative approach have been pivotal to RSI’s achievements.
In his expanded position, Sauers will continue to spearhead RSI’s financial strategy while taking on broader responsibility for day-to-day operations, execution, and cross-functional performance. Sauers joined RSI as CFO in 2020 and has played a pivotal role in building RSI’s Finance organization, guiding strategic decisions, and maintaining a disciplined approach to growth.
