Automata Rare Earth Corp. Establishes Strategic Advisory Board with Appointment of Alex Makrodimitras

Makrodimitras brings over 22 years of experience from the Canadian Armed Forces, including leadership roles within the Canadian Special Operations Command.
His military background encompasses operational leadership, mission planning, capability development, defence procurement, and the deployment of advanced technologies in military settings. Makrodimitras also founded Spicy Corp. in 2024, a defence technology company specializing in secure communications solutions. He is currently a member of the Inturai Ventures Corp. Advisory Board, where he advises on government procurement, defence technologies, and strategic growth.
The establishment of the Strategic Advisory Board is intended to enhance Automata Rare Earth Corp.’s ability to assess strategic opportunities, cultivate relationships with government and defense entities, and navigate the convergence of critical minerals, technological innovation, national security, and global supply chain resilience.
