Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. Provides Update on Management Cease Trade Order
August 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is providing an update on the management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) on July 30, 2026. The company applied for the MCTO as it was unable to file its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with related management’s discussion and analysis and officer certificates, which were due by July 29, 2026.
The MCTO will remain in effect until the required filings are submitted and the order is revoked. Steadright intends to issue bi-weekly default status reports via news releases until the situation is resolved, as per National Policy 12-203 (NP 12-203).
The Company confirmed that since the July 30 announcement, there have been no material changes to the information previously disclosed, nor have there been any subsequent defaults under NP 12-203. Steadright’s management and audit committee are working diligently with the auditor to complete the necessary filings. The company currently anticipates filing the required documents on or about September 28, 2026.
