Mr. Riou, a Professional Geoscientist, brings over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting and resource development within Canada’s oil, gas, and mining industries. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Apex Exploration Corp. and is a co-founder of X-Terra Environmental Services Ltd., an environmental consulting firm owned by a First Nation. His expertise encompasses project management, environmental matters, and regulatory compliance, offering a practical approach to resource project planning and oversight.
The company also announced that Khaled Hatabah has resigned from his positions as Chief Executive Officer and director, effective immediately.
