MillenMin Ventures Inc. Appoints Xu Zhang to Board of Directors
Toronto, ON — August 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSXV:MVM.H) announced the appointment of Xu Zhang to its board of directors, effective August 7, 2026. Mr. Zhang brings extensive experience in state-owned asset management, project investment and financing, residential development, and corporate management.
Currently, Mr. Zhang holds the position of Deputy General Manager of the Investment Department at Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited. He also serves as a Director for multiple companies, including China Logistics Warehouses (Holdings) Co., Ltd., China Cold Chain Industry Investments (Group) Limited, China Logistics Infrastructures (Holdings) Limited, China Qi Ming Investments (HK) Limited, and Bellomonte Investments Company Limited.
Mr. Zhang’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and a Master of Business (Applied Finance) from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. He also obtained a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in Queensland, Australia, in 2017.
His professional journey with Beijing Properties (Holdings) Limited began in December 2018. During his tenure, he has held various roles, including Financial Analyst, Deputy Manager of the Investment and Financing Department, and Manager of the Investment Department. His responsibilities have encompassed state-owned asset transactions, investment research, post-evaluation reports, project assessments, and matters related to the China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX). He has also contributed to the company’s financial statements, offshore bond issuances, and ESG reports.
Prior to his roles at Beijing Properties, Mr. Zhang served as Assistant General Manager of Fourbro Developments Pty Ltd, a property development firm in Australia, from 2016 to 2018. In this capacity, he was involved in project feasibility studies, development budgeting, government approvals, construction supervision, and project sales.
