EGR Exploration Ltd. Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — July 28, 2026 — Leads & Copy — EGR Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: EGR) announced today its decision to adopt semi-annual financial reporting, a move permitted under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 for eligible venture issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. This transition allows the company to forgo interim financial report filings for its first and third fiscal quarters.
EGR Exploration’s fiscal year concludes on March 31 annually. Under the new semi-annual reporting framework, the company will be excused from filing interim financial reports and accompanying Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for the quarters ending June 30 (Q1) and December 31 (Q3).
The company will, however, continue to submit audited financial statements, which are due within 120 days of its fiscal year-end on March 31. Additionally, six-month interim financial reports will be filed within 60 days of September 30.
EGR Exploration has confirmed that it meets all eligibility requirements for the pilot program. These criteria include being a venture issuer with annual revenues below $10 million and maintaining an uninterrupted record of continuous disclosure over the past 12 months.
The press release is being filed in accordance with Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which provides exemptions for certain venture issuers to transition to semi-annual reporting.
EGR Exploration Ltd. is engaged in the exploration for gold, focusing its efforts within the Detour-Fenelon Gold Trend. This region is situated approximately 300 kilometres north of Timmins, Ontario. The company’s Detour West gold project is adjacent to Agnico Eagle’s property, which encompasses the Detour Lake Gold Mine. The project is also located roughly 20 kilometres from this significant mine, both situated within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
