Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited Declares Dividend
GUELPH, ONTARIO — July 28, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited (HMCL) has announced its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.03 per Class A Subordinate Voting Share and $0.03 per Class B Common share. The Class B shares are not listed on the TSX. The dividend is payable on August 21, 2026, to shareholders who are on record at the close of business on August 10, 2026.
The board has not established a formal dividend policy, and no decisions have been made regarding future dividend declarations. Canadian resident shareholders are advised that HMCL designates the entire dividend amount as an “eligible dividend” according to subsection 89(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Shareholders are encouraged to consult with their tax advisors regarding this designation.
