Mogul Mountain Ventures Reports High-Grade Gold and Silver Assay Results from Rays-West Dome Project

Vancouver, British Columbia — October 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation (TSXV: MOGL; Frankfurt: 9HG0; OTC: MGMVF) has reported assay results from 20 rock samples collected in the AP-Voodoo-Discovery area of its Rays-West Dome Gold-Silver Project in Nevada. The samples yielded gold values up to 32.9 grams per tonne (g/t) and silver values up to 537 g/t, providing further geological insights into the mineralized occurrences within the larger Rays system.

These findings are part of Mogul’s ongoing exploration efforts at the Rays project, which have encompassed over 1,000 rock and soil samples, geological mapping, a drone-based magnetic geophysical survey, and the evaluation of historic underground workings. This comprehensive work has aided in identifying and refining multiple priority exploration targets, including the Rays Shear and the Voodoo Shear in the AP Adit area.

The newly acquired data will be integrated with existing mapping, geophysical information, and historical underground observations to further refine targets in preparation for planned underground drilling at AP-Voodoo and surface drilling at West Dome.

Highlights from the AP-Voodoo sampling include six samples returning over 3 g/t gold, with three grading 15.9 g/t, 31.1 g/t, and 32.9 g/t. Additionally, sampling at Discovery yielded significant silver values, with results of 537 g/t and 473 g/t, underscoring the gold-silver mineralization potential in the region.

The company is actively advancing its exploration and drill preparations. Mogul has identified three primary drill target areas: West Dome, the Rays Shear, and the Voodoo Shear at the AP Adit. Preparations are underway for initial surface drilling at West Dome to test its epithermal gold-silver system and follow up on historic drilling. Notices of Intent have been filed with the Bureau of Land Management for this program, and drilling contractor proposals are under review.

At the AP Adit, Mogul is establishing an underground drill station to test the Voodoo Shear. The existing underground development offers a strategic advantage for drilling, potentially allowing access to the shear from stations situated close to the target structure.

The Rays Shear remains a key exploration target within the Rays mineralized system. Previous exploration has enhanced the understanding of the structurally controlled gold-silver mineralization in this area. Mogul is also exploring options to rehabilitate three historic vertical mine shafts to gain deeper geological mapping and sampling access, adding a critical third dimension to the understanding of the mineralized structures.

Mike Kobler, President and Director of Mogul, commented on the results, stating, “These results add to a substantial body of exploration work at Rays, including more than 1,000 rock and soil samples, geological mapping, drone-based magnetic geophysics and examination of extensive historic underground workings. They provide additional evidence of gold-silver mineralization at several locations and help us prioritize the next phase of exploration.” He added, “What makes Rays particularly interesting is the combination of multiple mineralized shear zones, extensive historic underground development and the opportunity to apply modern exploration techniques to a historically productive district. Our immediate focus is undertaking well-positioned drill tests. We are now preparing to drill the Voodoo Shear from underground at AP while advancing our initial surface drilling program at West Dome. We expect the coming months to be a very active exploration period for Mogul.”

Rock samples from the AP-Voodoo area were collected between late 2025 and 2026 and analyzed by American Assay Laboratories in Reno, Nevada. Gold analysis involved fire assay with atomic absorption finish, with higher-grade samples using a gravimetric finish. Silver and other elements were analyzed using geochemical method IO-4AB12. The sampling program adhered to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures, including the insertion of reference materials and blank samples, with chain of custody maintained by a Qualified Person.

David Flint, CPG-AIPG, a Qualified Person and Technical Advisor to Mogul, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this news release.

Mogul Mountain Ventures Corporation is a Nevada-focused mineral exploration company advancing the 100%-owned Rays-West Dome Gold-Silver Project, which spans over 5,300 acres near Tonopah, Nevada. The project targets both structurally controlled and epithermal gold-silver mineralization.
