Redwood AI Corp. Featured in Life Sciences BC Publications, Announces Change to IR Provider

Vancouver, Canada — September 12, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Redwood AI Corp. (CSE: AIRX) (OTCQB: RDWCF) (Frankfurt: Y0N, WKN: A422EZ) has been featured in two publications from Life Sciences British Columbia’s (LSBC) Growth Catalyst Program, highlighting the company’s application of specialized artificial intelligence in chemistry and drug development. The publications include the program booklet, ‘A Look Inside the Growth Catalyst Program Companies,’ and the second issue of the Growth Catalyst Program Quarterly Newsletter.

The program booklet features a two-page profile of Redwood AI titled “Cutting delays in drug development with AI.” This profile details the company’s use of proprietary AI models to assist chemists in designing, optimizing, and planning more efficient chemical reaction pathways. It outlines how Redwood AI leverages millions of data points, encompassing reaction data, safety considerations, material costs, and logistics variables, to offer actionable recommendations to chemists. The profile also identifies potential applications for the company’s technology in adjacent chemical sectors, such as hazardous material detection and defense applications.

Additionally, Redwood AI was featured in the Summer 2026 edition of the Growth Catalyst Program Quarterly Newsletter with a dedicated article, “Redwood AI: Why Specialized AI May Be the Next Frontier in Life Sciences.” This feature explores Redwood AI’s development of specialized AI models trained on chemical data and discusses their applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical safety, and public-sector initiatives.

The Growth Catalyst Program, supported by Pacific Economic Development Canada (PacifiCan), aims to foster the growth of high-potential life sciences companies based in British Columbia by providing educational opportunities, mentorship, support for international conferences, and investor engagement. LSBC also reports that its weekly Events & BioLinks newsletters reach over 3,500 subscribers.

“We are pleased to see Redwood’s work featured through two Life Sciences BC Growth Catalyst Program publications. These features provide an opportunity to share our approach to specialized AI with a broad life sciences audience and demonstrate how purpose-built technology can be applied to complex challenges in chemistry, drug development and chemical safety. We appreciate the work Life Sciences BC is doing to support the growth and visibility of B.C.-based companies and to connect them with the broader life sciences ecosystem,” stated Louis Dron, Chief Executive Officer of Redwood AI.

Redwood AI also announced the cancellation of its previously disclosed investor relations engagement, securing a return of funds totaling CAD$588,285. The company has now engaged Frontier Media Inc. to provide market awareness and corporate communications services. This engagement will include content creation, project management, third-party media distribution, and digital market awareness initiatives, conducted through various online channels such as search-based advertising, display advertising, remarketing campaigns, and third-party online media platforms.

The initial budget for the market awareness program with Frontier Media Inc. is CAD $600,000, scheduled to run until January 11, 2027, or until the budget is exhausted. The program is designed for ongoing evaluation and optimization based on market conditions. Redwood AI believes that maintaining consistent and compliant market awareness is crucial for supporting visibility and developing a long-term shareholder base.
