Panther Minerals Announces Amended Terms for Non-Brokered Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia — October 23, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Panther Minerals Inc. (CSE:PURR) (OTC:GLIOF) (FWB:2BC) has announced amended terms for its previously announced non-brokered private placement and listed issuer financing exemption offering.
The company will offer up to 627,000 units at $0.16 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $100,320. Each unit includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.21 for 24 months after issuance, starting sixty days post-closing.
Concurrent with the offering, Panther Minerals intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,200,000 units at $0.16 per unit, aiming for minimum gross proceeds of $1,000,000 and maximum gross proceeds of up to $2,200,000. Each private placement unit includes one common share and one common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.25 for 24 months after issuance.
Securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period, according to securities laws and CSE policies. Net proceeds from both the offering and private placement will be used for general corporate and administrative purposes.
An offering document dated October 22, 2025, is available on SEDAR+ and the company’s website. Closing of the offering and private placement is subject to regulatory and exchange approvals. The company is relying on an exemption under CSE Policy 4, proceeding without security holder approval due to financial difficulties and the offering being in the company’s best interests.
