Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. Announces Granting of TitanBeach Titanium Beach One Mining Licence in Morocco
MUSKOKA, Ontario — August 13, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) announced Thursday that the TitanBeach Titanium Beach One Mining Licence has been granted by the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Morocco. The approval was communicated through NSM Capital Sarl, a company in which Steadright holds a 76.5% ownership stake.
The granting of the mining licence marks a significant step forward for both Steadright and NSM Capital, according to company statements. Dipl.-Ing. L. Jouak, CEO of NSM Capital SARL, described the approval as a historic milestone and an important development for Morocco’s mining sector, laying the foundation for a large-scale mineral development project with long-term opportunities for investment, industrial development, and sustainable value creation in Morocco. Jouak also noted that, to their knowledge, this represents a significant first for Morocco in terms of the scale of the designated area covered by such a mining approval.
Matt Lewis, CEO of Steadright, confirmed that the company was informed of the approval following a meeting with NSM Capital SARL. The approved project area spans approximately 16 square kilometres, with dimensions of 4 kilometres by 4 kilometres. Lewis expressed Steadright’s gratitude to the Kingdom of Morocco, His Majesty King Mohammed VI for his leadership in developing the mining sector, and to the Wali of Guelmim and the Mayor of Tan-Tan for their support throughout the process.
Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company founded in 2019, focused on identifying and developing exploration and historical mining projects within Morocco’s critical mineral space. The company’s current interests include the TitanBeach Titanium Project, encompassing over 192 square kilometres of mineral exploration claims through its Moroccan entity, NSM Capital Sarl, as well as the Copper Valley Project.
