CleanGo Innovations and Agritech BC Announce Joint Venture for Green Technology Commercialization
VANCOUVER, BC — October 22, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE: CGII; OTCQB: CLGOF; FRA: APO) and Agritech BC have announced a Non-Binding Letter of Intent (LOI) signed on October 13, 2025, for a proposed 50/50 joint venture and investment partnership.
The strategic collaboration aims to combine Agritech’s scientific platforms and agricultural knowledge with CleanGo’s commercial framework and international distribution networks, targeting the growing global demand for sustainable cleanup methods.
The LOI outlines the intent to establish a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV) for co-development, global marketing, and commercialization of Agritech’s core bioremediation solutions. CleanGo proposes to acquire a 49% ownership stake in Agritech, subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and board approvals.
The JV will focus on scaling three key proprietary biotechnologies: MycoSet™ Delivery System, BioIngress™ Biostimulant System, and PhytoCentra™ Surfactant System.
This partnership is strategically timed to capitalize on the global environmental remediation market, which is estimated to reach USD $59.5 billion by 2034. Under the terms of the LOI, CleanGo will lead international marketing efforts.
Anthony Sarvucci, Founder and CEO of CleanGo Innovations Inc., stated that the partnership provides CleanGo with an entry point into the multi-billion dollar global environmental remediation market.
The LOI proposes a joint board of directors with two members from each company. Both organizations will share facilities, technical staff, laboratories, and field-testing infrastructure. Adam Sexsmith of Agritech BC said the partnership offers the funding and commercial infrastructure needed to transition their science to global commercial deployment.
