Helix BioPharma Corp. Announces Board of Directors Changes
Vancouver, British Columbia — August 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Helix BioPharma Corp., a clinical-stage oncology company, announced immediate changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Janusz Grabski has resigned from the Board, and Thomas Mehrling, M.D., Ph.D., the company’s Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as a director. This appointment is in accordance with the Board nomination right granted to Laevoroc Immunology AG in connection with Helix BioPharma’s 2025 acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Laevoroc Immunology AG and Laevoroc Chemotherapy AG.
These changes are intended to ensure the Board can continue to meet Helix BioPharma’s evolving governance and capital markets requirements. The Board aims to maintain a composition and experience level necessary to support the company’s clinical development and broader corporate objectives.
The Board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Grabski for his service and contributions to Helix BioPharma, wishing him success in his future endeavors.
