St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. Issues Bi-Weekly Default Status Report
Montréal, Quebec — August 14, 2026 — Leads & Copy — St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX) (OTCQB: SXOOF) (FSE: 85G1) has issued its first bi-weekly default status report concerning its delayed filing of consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The report is in accordance with National Policy 12-203, Management Cease Trade Orders.
The Corporation announced on July 31, 2026, that the required financial documents, including management’s discussion and analysis and CEO/CFO certifications, were not filed by the July 29, 2026 deadline. The delay is primarily attributed to the additional time needed to complete the audit, including new procedures following a complete management change at a wholly owned subsidiary. This change resulted in a lack of continuity regarding certain accounting records and financial information.
St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. and its auditors are working diligently to finalize the remaining audit procedures. Management currently expects to file the outstanding financial documents on or before September 28, 2026. A management cease trade order (MCTO) was issued by applicable securities regulatory authorities against the Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, prohibiting them from trading the company’s securities until the filings are completed or the order is revoked. This MCTO does not impede other shareholders from trading their securities.
In addition to the annual financial statements, the Corporation is preparing its interim financial statements for the three-month period ended June 30, 2026, along with related management’s discussion and analysis and certifications. At present, no delays are anticipated in filing these interim documents by their deadline.
Since the July 31 announcement, there have been no material changes to the disclosed information that have not been generally disclosed. St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. confirms it continues to adhere to the Alternative Information Guidelines under NP 12-203 and has not failed to meet its stated intentions regarding these guidelines. Apart from the default concerning the financial documents, the Corporation is unaware of any other specified default or anticipated default under NP 12-203. The company also confirms no other material information concerning its affairs has not been generally disclosed.
The Corporation will continue to provide bi-weekly default status reports as long as the financial documents remain outstanding, as mandated by NP 12-203.
